This is a copy of a letter, possibly a draft, which Congressman Moakley sent to U.S. Attorney General Edward H. Levi, in which he briefly describes the negative effects that busing has had on the city of Boston. He goes on to request that the Department of Justice “conduct a review of Federal court busing orders.”
