Description
This letter, written prior to Judge Garrity's ruling, was written by a reverend at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul on the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. The author asks Mayor Kevin White will follow the principles of King and seek to integrate Boston's public schools. The author, who seems to be white, also acknowledges that his/her children attend schools that mostly serve African American students. The author argues that this is a valuable asset in their education and preparation for life.
